Working with our trusted partners, contractors and suppliers, Bayu coordinates all the day-to-day operations. Born in Bali, fluent in English and with her Masters Degree, Bayu ensures every project at AYA Bali is delivered effectively and efficiently.

With expertise in sustainable infrastructure and construction, Daniel is our licensed Civil Engineer with a Masters Degree in Engineering, in charge of all on-site construction activities and project progress.

Our chosen contractor is the local firm of experienced architects with whom we have partnered on several Bali real estate projects.
Since 2009, this highly recommended practice has built its reputation specialising in contemporary projects, with an extensive portfolio featuring villas, hotels, restaurants, spas and commercial developments all over Bali and beyond.
The Ade Bali team takes particular pride in sustainable building practices and using materials sourced from the surrounding areas.
The lead technical architect on our project and the director of Ade Bali is Mr. Made Sulendra. From the moment we shared our vision for AYA Bali, Mr. Sulendra has worked closely with us, as we transform our plans into reality.
Parti
Parti is an architectural studio based in London that combines architecture, furniture and landscape. Thoughtful and creative; Parti design with consideration to atmospheres and the experience of moving through spaces, believing in architecture that makes you feel something.
The practice is defined by an explorative, research-based approach that responds to the specifics of each project. Buildings are crafted by refining designs through physical models, prototyping and material experimentation. Parti think and act seriously when it comes to environmental sustainability – such that materials are interrogated, as well as their processes and where they come from.
